Werribee Centrals vs. Belmont Lions (Final quarter live on 94.7fm the Pulse)
By far the match of the round between the undefeated Centurions and the big improvers Belmont Lions. After only two wins in season 2023, the Lions sit second with an 8-1 record.
Centurions will capitalise with the home crowd advantage, inclusion of Zac Anthony and firepower of Marc Yates who has scored 22 goals so far this season. Werribee coach John Diker also admits he is looking forward to coaching against his cousin Baden Salem who will don the #62.
Last time they met – Round 15, 2023. Belmont Lions 5.6 (36) defeated Werribee Centrals 7.10 (52).

Bannockburn vs. East Geelong
A four-goal haul from Christopher Warwick saw the Eagles celebrate a 38-point win against the Blues on Saturday. Warwick has since been promoted to the senior side therefore the Eagles will be more reliant on Jake Watson-Searle up forward.
After two straight wins the Tigers need a third for a spot in the top three, presuming Winchelsea can also defeat reigning premier Inverleigh.
More importantly, a massive occasion as club legend Sam Hickleton lines up for his 250th game.

Thomson vs. Geelong West
The Giants hope to finish the opening half of the season with a 5-4 record when travelling to the Town and Country Pizza Oval this afternoon. The visitors suffered a shock one-point defeat to Corio only a week after celebrating an inspiring win against the reigning premier.
They welcome back goal-sneak Eugene Stanciu. Last time they met – Round 15, 2023. Geelong West 4.3 (27) defeated by Thomson 9.11 (65).

Anakie vs. Corio
Here we have 7th vs. 11th yet only one game separates the two sides thanks to the Devils’ win against Geelong West.
Corio’s Noah Bartolo returns to the senior side however key defenders Isiah Bigham and Tim Van Zyl should still be able to inspire the visitors to back-to-back wins.

Winchelsea vs. Inverleigh
A win for the Hawks could see the reigning premier climb back to second spot if the Lions are unable to match ladder leader Werribee Centrals. This clash will be a part of the inaugural Community Bank Cup played between Inverleigh and Winchelsea.
If driving from Benalla, Longwood or Grovedale allow for traffic. Former teammates of Jarrod Winzer will be pouring through the gates in honour of the key forward’s 50th game. Last time they met – Round 15, 2023. Inverleigh 9.5 (59) defeated Winchelsea 3.12 (30).

North Geelong vs. Bell Post Hill
North Geelong expected to win this one to keep their finals hopes alive.
The Panthers are displaying improvement each week. Justin Rodriguez proved accurate against Bannockburn on Saturday, one of four induvial goal-kickers.
