Journeyman joins Devils
Corio has unveiled journeyman Mikali Harrison as its latest recruit.
Harrison joins the Devils after spending part of 2025 with Kyabram and District league club Stanhope.
He is no stranger to local grounds, having played senior football with Belmont Lions, Newcomb and North Shore.
At the Lions, he made 85 appearances in the firsts.
“A mid/small forward, he’s highly skilled, thrives at contested balls, while also applying great forward pressure,” Corio said in a post on Facebook.
“We’re looking forward to seeing the impact he can have as we head into 2026.”
Meanwhile, East Geelong and Geelong West have both made signing announcements.
Matt Kasparian joins former Modewarre teammates Jeremy Ollis and Jack Beardsell at Richmond Crescent.
After two seasons with Central Highlands club Clunes, where he won the club’s best-and-fairest in both years, Kasparian signed with St Albans for 2025.
However, a knee injury suffered in the pre-season prevented him from playing a game with the Supersaints.
“‘Kaspa’ is a mobile ruckman who loves giving his midfielders first use,” East Geelong said on Facebook.
“He enjoys having ball in hand and prides himself on having good skills for someone his size!”
And the Giants have added Stuart Goddard from Traralgon Tyers United Football Club in the North Gippsland league.
Goddard, who is a multiple premiership player, will also take on the role of the Giants’ strength and conditioning coach.
