Reigning premier North Geelong has extended its winning streak over grand final opponent East Geelong, pulling away late for a 23-point win at Keith Barclay Oval

The Magpies’ 15.10 (100) to 11.11 (77) victory was their fifth straight against the Eagles after kicking the last three goals of the contest, including two to former Geelong rookie Osca Riccardi, who finished with four for the match, to remain unbeaten.

Corey also kicked four goals for North, with Boston Riccardi contributing three majors.
