A flood of injuries and unavailability has opened the door for the return of two-time Werribee Centrals best-and-fairest, Tyler Crennan, for Saturday’s clash with Corio. Anakie coach Jayke Mawson says early discussions have started with the club on extending his coaching tenure into 2027. Mawson, who became a father for the first time in recent weeks, guided the Roos to their first finals appearance in 26 years last year after taking on the role late in 2023.
