Fresh from breaking Corio's all-time games record with his 375th appearance, Chris Laurie has taken time to thank the club and community that have supported him throughout his remarkable journey.
Laurie surpassed the previous benchmark in front of family, friends and teammates creating another memorable chapter in a career defined by loyalty and commitment to the Magpies.
The milestone became even more special as Laurie shared the day with his children, Trey, Maya and Avah while also lining up alongside Trey in his 100th club game.
In a heartfelt message following the match, Laurie thanked the club's volunteers, supporters and everyone who attended or sent messages of congratulations.
"There was no better feeling than running out alongside Trey, Maya and Avah and having them be a big part of the day," Laurie said.
After 375 games, Laurie remains a shining example of dedication, with the next generation of his family already creating their own North Geelong legacy.
