An undermanned North Geelong has overcome an injury-stricken Inverleigh to claim its fourth win of the season, pulling away from the visitors after half-time to record a 37-point win at Keith Barclay Oval.
After starting the season 3-0, the Magpies entered the meeting with the Hawks off three consecutive losses.
However, an eight-goal-to-three second half was enough for a 13.8 (86) to 6.13 (49) victory.
