The Werribee Centrals held its annual Presidents Luncheon prior to the senior game on Saturday.
"It was a wonderful event held upstairs in the club's new function room & it was fantastic to see so many Centurion Club members in attendance," event MC Steve Higham told GDFNL Media.
Special guests included three-time premiership coach Andrew "Ghost" Howlett, who currently resides in Queensland, and Bannockburn legend Ronnie Pilgrim who celebrated his combined 500th game as a player and coach in the opening round.
"How good was it listening to the stories and memories of legends Andrew “Ghost” Howlett & Ronnie Pilgram as well as getting an in depth interview with senior Coach Rhyce Prismall moments before the team took the field," Higham added.
The Club would like to thank Scott & Bec from Hotts Café for the wonderful spread of food.
